Mantras & Quotes

Mantras are statements or affiramtions that you make to yourself that improve your overall mood and wellbeing. Mantras can decrease feelings of depression and anxiety. They can help improve your outlook on your day and life, and at the same time bring about a sense of inner calm. A mantra can be something that you come up with on your own, or a quote or statement that you have heard before and that has resonated with you. Below are some mantras and quotes that I have written or have been worked on by clients of mine. I hope you find them helpful and that you try implementing them in your daily life. You can repeat mantras to yourself interally or outloud. You can do them when you wake up, before you go into a tough situation or when engaging in exercise or meditation. Simply put, there is no wrong way to approach incorporating mantras into your life. They can make a big difference and I hope that you try implmenting them in a way that is meaningful to you.
